With its unique aroma and consistency, the fermented pepper is perfect for meat, sauces or pesto. However, you can add it to any dish as a finishing touch as it is not as strong as our freeze-dried Kampot pepper or green pickled pepper. This pepper does not belong in the grinder. Minimum shelf life is up to one year. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months.
