This beautiful gift set contains two of our biggest pepper novelties this year - fresh Kampot peppercorns. All the green balls, which are hand-picked by Kampot farmers, are then further hand-selected. The best quality ones are then pickled in our 100% pure salt flower infusion. Green pepper like this needs nothing more, it is an absolutely perfect product in itself. Thanks to the farming family of the KPPA president himself, we have been able to develop fresh pepper in yet another exclusive variant: fermented peppercorns in salt. You will find several suitable uses for both peppers in your everyday kitchen.

Fresh Kampot pepper in salt brine - The taste of fresh pepper is intense, juicy and naturally strong. It's good in soups, for baking, or just chopped up on its own for tapas, which it complements beautifully with its pungency. You can use it similarly to capers.

Fresh Fermented Kampot Pepper - The unique Japanese method of fermentation with salt flower, also used for centuries in Cambodia by the farming family of the KPPA President, makes fresh Kampot pepper a true delicacy. It mellows it incredibly without losing any of its unique aroma. Use it in the preparation of fine pepper sauces or as a garnish of your final dishes. With our fresh peppers, prepare extraordinary delicacies that even the biggest gourmets will appreciate!

Both fresh Kampot peppers will arrive in a wooden box lined with black tissue paper. Inside you will discover two beautifully-sealed envelopes, hand assembled and made from recycled coffee cups. In addition, we pack 40 grams of this delicacy directly in Cambodia in packaging that can also be easily recycled. Included in the package are two beautiful glass jars made for us by local master glassblowers. The cork cap ensures that no pepper aroma escapes. The jars are made to perfectly fit the amount of pepper within the packs, so you can fill them immediately after opening your pepper jewels.

We also recommend purchasing a luxurious medium-sized gift bag with our gift sets, made from certified recycled FSC paper and featuring a beautiful black satin ribbon.

The shelf life of fresh green peppercorns is one year. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months.
