Description

Pepper from the Kampot region of Cambodia is considered one of the finest peppers in the world, and that's how we treat it. Part of this special care includes packaging it in luxurious glass tubes made by local glassmakers and handmade wooden boxes that highlight its uniqueness and make it a great gift as well.

The glass makes sure to perfectly preserve all the character of its contents, specifically the white peppercorns from the Kampot plantations. These are obtained from red kernels harvested when the fruit is fully ripe. The grains are then soaked and de-husked, giving the farmers a white peppercorn with a creamy smoothness.

The peppercorns exported to your table come from small family farms that approach pepper cultivation with integrity and traditional practices that have been used in the area for hundreds of years. We buy pepper from them under the fairest possible conditions. The kernels go through multiple inspections during the export process, ensuring that the most authentic flavour and aroma from Cambodia reach your table.

The taste and aroma in this case are incomparable to the classic pepper available in supermarkets. It is bold, rich, yet delicate and subtle. In addition, Kampot pepper is a unique pepper that you definitely won't find in a conventional store.

Kampot white pepper is not well suited to classic dark meat. Its elegant flavour is best paired with white meats, i.e. poultry and fish.
